In our 2018 staff consultations we asked about the things we do well in helping people to combine work and family life. Responses included:
"Being able to drop my children off at the brilliant nursery and then park for free right next to my building means so much less stress for me"
"I know I can switch off completely when I leave work and there’s no pressure to stay late"
"Campus life is good for reducing stress. I think the gym, yoga and beautiful grounds all help with mental health"
