Training & Support
We offer support to all colleagues to achieve their full potential. All Babraham Institute employees benefit from a site induction, personal development plans, access to world class facilities plus an excellent array of training courses.
The Babraham Institute welcomes expressions of interest in undergraduate research placements to enable students to gain first-hand experience of laboratory research during the summer vacation.
We work with the Nuffield Foundation to support summer placements for students in the first year of a post-16 STEM course. Many of our group leaders have also coordinated independent placements for students of all ages.
