Eugenia graduated in June 2022 from University College London with an integrated undergraduate Master’s degree in Pharmacology. In her Master’s research project, she worked in the Edwards lab at UCL where she investigated the changes in microglia gene expression in the spatial context of plaques in Alzheimer’s disease mouse models using spatial transcriptomics.

Eugenia is a BBSRC CTP PhD student in the Schoenfelder lab and collaborates with Talisman Therapeutics to investigate the impact of MAPT-induced nuclear changes in human neurons.
