I completed my MSci in Biochemistry at the University of Cambridge, under the supervision of Dr Jeanne Salje, working on antibody-antigen interactions in Orientia tsutsugamushi. Previously I have also worked under the Cambridge Infectious Diseases Summer Studentship on the relationship between virulence and the persister phenotype in Streptococcus suis, under the supervision of Dr Lucy Weinert, fuelling an interest in pathogenesis and immunology.

I am currently working as a research assistant in Professor Kai-Michael Toellner’s lab. My research focuses on characterising macrophage-B cell interactions and B cell migration in secondary lymphoid organs.
