Pascal

Pascal obtained his PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Amsterdam in 2017. His PhD project focused on the regulation of neural stem cells in the brain by external and internal factors, such as stress, disease, and microRNAs. He stayed at the University of Amsterdam for a PostDoc, in which he studied the effects of Traumatic Brain Injury on the hippocampus.

After a successful collaboration with the Liston laboratory during his PostDoc, Pascal recently joined the Liston lab in October 2020, where he will pursue the development of novel immunological therapeutics utilizing brain resident regulatory T cells to combat neurological disorders, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, and Traumatic Brain Injury.
