Fergus

Fergus is the Public Engagement Officer with responsibility for schools engagement. Working with school audiences is part of the Institute’s commitment to provide everyone with opportunities to learn about our research. Our schools programme also aims to engage, enthuse and inspire the next generation of bioscience researchers. Initiatives include the annual Schools' Day, work experience placements and online resources. Find out more about our work with schools here.

Fergus joined the Institute in September 2020.  Previously, Fergus worked in outreach for Homerton College, where he encouraged and supported students from under-represented backgrounds to apply to university.
