I’m a cellular immunologist and am interested in understanding the mechanisms that underlie the balance between immune activation and tolerance. I completed my PhD in 2018 at the University of Adelaide, Australia, where I worked on understanding how the migration of T cells is regulated through distinct chemokine receptor axes in tumors and infectious models. Upon joining the Liston lab, I’ve been working to understand how IL-2 influences different aspects of the immune system, and how we can manipulate expression of this cytokine to improve therapeutic outcomes.
