Video Conferencing

The video conferencing facility is available in the Colonnade Room and the Board Room.

The facility includes:

High performance video conferencing system, with exceptionally clear images at 15 fps at 128 kbps (the video conference transmission/reception will depend upon the end video system)

Maximum clarity, full duplex digital audio with noise suppression and echo cancellation

Unique voice-tracking camera - focuses automatically on the speaker, or can be preset to remain static

Remote control - operates easily from anywhere in the room

The hire charge for the facility includes time for the equipment to be set-up and tested with the remote site.

Instructions on use of the remote control for sound and picture control will be provided. We will endeavour to be on-hand during your video-conference to provide assistance if required.

Note: For a first-time connection, the facility must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance, to enable configuration and testing for compatibility between systems.
